Hey Guys, just curious if anyone has done any research or personal field testing.
I am wondering if it's better for length to be always partially inflated, let's say 50% and keep it 24/7 like this. OR to inflate 100% till tears are coming down your face for a short time and then deflate fully.
Anyone has any insights on that?
Length recovery: is it better to always be partially inflated or to cycle fully?

You made me laugh,
Do what you doc says, have you got the implant yet?
It will come naturally how long to cycle, early on I did twice a day then later once now its once a week. When cycling its just tell you have discomfort. Its like ten minutes early on. Now after 4 years its pumped to max with out and discomfort for hours. I the I need an “ upsize
Good luck, have fun.

Thanks! Do you keep it always a little bit inflated during the day or you deflate completely?
I am curious how your length gain journey has been. Did you gain size after the surgery with cycling or just kept the same size always?

I would cycle to the Max, and leave it there for 15-20 mins, I would count my pumps and try to increase each time I cycled. I have had a revision a year ago in June, I am cycling maybe once a week now and I have about 28-30 pumps in and the pump is not getting as full so I guess I got about all the fluid in the cylinders, have I gained length and girth , yes,. Maybe 1/2 to 3/4 in length and the same with girth. During the day I always deflate fully then add a pump or 2 to keep the dog ears away.

Thanks Wilson! Did you gain 1/2 compared to immediately post op, or compared to pre op?
And how long did it take you to get there?
Also I am curious to ask you, since you had titan and lgx. Which of the two gave you the best penis size, or in the end was exactly the same? Do you notice any difference between the two implants? In terms of stiffness, comfort, time to inflate, etc.

It was Pre surgery from the Titan failure. It has taken 6-8 months to get it there. Now when I got the Titan 6 yrs ago I definitely had lost size but got it back after a year, I feel like I did get some good girth from the Titan. As far as which gave you the penis size, initially I give that credit to the Titan, had Peyronie's and fibrosis and the Titan straightened most of it out and got the fibrosis broken up, this made way for the LGX. As far as stiffness, there is no difference, comfort goes to the LGX, inflation goes to the LGX, the Titan I use to pump 35-40 times, the LGX is stiff enough at 11-15 pumps, this is subjective as everyone is different, LGX no dog ears yet, no squeaking pump and the flaccid state is much much better, hangs very nice.

Wilson:
"pre surgery from titan failure" so you mean, you got half inch more with lgx, than you had back in the day with the titan? If I understood you correctly, that would confirm the LGX claims that it makes your penis longer.

I was told by my doc to inflate to the max that I could for 20 minutes twice a day in the shower.
It hurt a lot the last few minutes of that 20 minute period. I would shower with it fully inflated and then I would shave with it still inflated until I couldn't stand the pain.
You don't want to leave it pumped partially because the surgical capsules are forming around the implant and the reservoir. If you leave it partially inflated the surgical capsule for the reservoir will not be large enough for all the saline to get back in and you'll have problems with deflating the cylinders fully.
I did other cycling on my own in a hot tub of water 2 to 3 times a week. I would pump to 70 percent and bend my bionic dick in every direction for 5 minutes and then I would pump it to the max and see how long I could go before I cried Uncle.
It took 6 months before I could get past an hour.
Not all FrankTalk Brothers have this problem with pain, but I did.

I don't think the length expansion from the LGX is too much in dispute. However, it's also widely accepted that the LGX has less axial rigidity than either a Titan or CX implant. So you might be a hair longer with the LGX, but have a less hard penis. So that's a trade-off, there's no free lunch. A guy with a small penis might be willing to trade some stiffness to gain some length, whereas a guy who's happy with his length my want the hardest penis he can get.
58yo in good shape looking at Coloplast Titan. Tri-Mix still works but is a drag.
