SHOW & TELL
Re: SHOW & TELL
Does the penis feel natural after surgery and how long does it take until it feels comfortable enough to breastfeed?

Thank you for your response. Very happy to hear that after 8 weeks there is no pain during sex.
Re: SHOW & TELL
New York City, NY here.
I’m happy to meet to talk and demonstrate the implant. I had the same experience when I was considering surgery and that answered a lot of my questions and made the decision easier. I’m grateful for that.
Implanted by Dr Eid on 3/25/25 with a Coloplast Titan with classic pump.
If you live in the New York City area or are passing through for work or vacation send me a PM.

I will show and tell as much or as little as appropriate for your comfort level. I have demonstrated it “in” many men and their spouses, as well as one woman. It’s only natural to know what you, or your partner, is getting into. I am on both PreP for HIV as well as the lesser-known PreP for STIs “DoxyPreP/ DoxyPeP,” and have been STI-free for the last more than 2,400 partners, thanks to that regimen.
2,400 partners? You're a busy guy, lol. Is sex still interesting and enjoyable for you?
Guys,
I apologize—I should have said only 1,400 at that point. But I’ve been busy, and we went on a gay cruise and to Mardi Gras, so it’s more like 1,700 now. Still no STIs, thanks both to DoxyP(r)ep and being a top.
Yes, sex is more interesting and fun than ever. It’s just amazing being hard all the time during parties of 6 or more hours most weekends (sometimes up to 3 or 4 of them on 3-day weekends). I’ve been able to evangelize to all those men, many of which were bottoms only, or at least partly because of ED. It is very gratifying to help lead them through the whole process, especially when I am able to experience their joy of the results.

Oren,
The implant does not cause glans drooping. It has a separate blood supply. Its sensitivity did not change for me.
I lost size at first, but having done aggressive pumping before surgery and aggressive cycyling when allowed, followed by cycling and using a VED recovered all the length I lost and a little more. It’s in my story under “Rodsmen.” I have posted videos of the “after” use on my social media, primarily eX-Twitter. I am making a new video tonight clearly showing the (internal) pumping procedure, using a professional videographer. My social links are here: linktr.ee/BionicRod

Thank you for your response. 4 more days until the surgery, all the emotions and concerns are mixed, this site and especially the people here helped me a lot in making a decision. I hope the surgery is successful and the recovery will be good. I will continue to update.

Blown away by such sincere, authentic Men…willing to give of themselves so that the OTHER might “live” become mire educated. In the Holy Name of Jesus? I ASK for His BLESSING over each and all.
Brand new to this board…seemingly a big step to consider transitioning from what seemed like endless pursuit of something that return marital intimacy. Have done it all…each with varied success, discomforts. Loss of spontaneity has been a downer.
Would love to talk with someone who has faced what seems like a major ordeal and the natural fears of losing the little that remains. Asked my Urologist for a referral with no luck. Have volunteered to talk with other pre and post radical prostatectomy. Only wish I had had someone to talk to as it relates to the realities pre surgery.
I am 62, married to an Angel for 18 years, 7 years post surgery. Diagnosed with prostate cancer at 53. Eternally GRATEFUL for my life, my wife and family. Would do it all over again if I had to…simply miss what was.

Re: SHOW & TELL
If you are interested in meeting a man with an implant for an in person demo (that is what this thread is for) remember to say where you are from (country/state/city).
Similarly, if you have an implant and are willing to provide a demo, state where you are from so others can find you.

Rodsmen,
What model implant do you have (Coloplast, AMS), and how many cycles would you say, as a rough estimate of course, you've put the thing through?
Thanks,
F1
