Blood clot

Postby vinnylid » Thu Apr 10, 2025 8:20 am

I have been using testosterone Cypionate since 2018. Recently my legs have felt tired and ache. Over most of March my left foot and ankle had been swelling badly. The swelling continued up my leg. On March 27, I went to my DR. and he had an Ultrasound done. It reveal a blood clot in the vein in the middle of my left leg. This does not happen to many using testosterone, but is a concern to watch for. I have Isolated Systolic Hypertension and take 3 medications for it. When I am on target Systolic my diastolic is too low. The meds are slowing my pulse down too much. When my Systolic is on target my Diastolic is in the 60's and my pulse is in the 50's. Coupled those with the viscosity changes of the testosterone and the blood is moving too slowly back to the heart and coagolation ocurs. I stopped the TRT on March 20th and my left leg has returned to normal. I started Eliquis on March 27th.
80 years old; Viagra, herbals and stimulants have all stopped working. Treating psoriatic arthritis and thyroid. Low testosterone-started TRT april 2018; using Quadmix 20 units, cockring, Lafayette, Georgia usa

One of the byproducts of using TRT is that it does build up the Red blood cell count so it is referred to as sticky blood. I have cut my Androgel back dramatically since finding this out. Also the shit is really expensive up in Canada and Ozempic brings my monthy bill to almost 500 just for the two .
