I'm curious also if you gained any length during these 3 years using the LGX? Or not at all.
And is there any reason you would want to change to the CX now if the pain is already gone?
Also curious what you meant by "suturing the implant tubes, keeping them from poking out which could interfere with sex."
Discover, I just got back to my original size after the implant, it did take a while, when I started cycling the implant I was probably 5 inches at best but after 6 months I was back to 6.25 inches, I don't really think that the LGX can increase your size.
Discover, for my Bionic dick to get really stiff without any bending I have to pump at least to 90% and 100% the way my wife likes it. She likes it steel rod hard for penetration. It is difficult to have PIV sex if I pump below 90%, I get too much flex in my shaft.
I still have some glans pain if I leave it pumped more than 90% for 1.5 hours. My wife likes for me to be pumped up and ready for sex ahead of time, so when we start foreplay, I'm already ready.
I think that if I had got the CX, I wouldn't have had the long term issues with glans pain.
I'm not sure if I'm having any of the erosion that guys talk about. (Because I think I'm oversized) I guess that would be the tips of the implant pushing too far up into the glans.
Discover, I've seen surgery videos when the urology doc installs the implant that they will suture down the tubes where they come out of the scrotum from the pump to keep them from riding up on the shaft of the penis. I'm not positive that's what Dr Barney did, but I don't feel any tubes at the base of my penis, so I'm thinking that he did tack them down.
I hope that I helped with your questions

Hi Sworks! i very much appreciate your detailed response! After reading your comments i got some thoughts.
1- Yes, it's true that most likely a CX will require less pumps to achieve the same stiffness. So if that's something that bothers you (taking too long to get ready with the lgx) probably that would make a difference.
2- When i do the math, you gained 1.25inches over 6 months (despite the final result being the same as your pre op length), 1.25 inches is almost exactly the amount that the LGX can expand (3cm). It makes me wonder, if you had a CX in the first place, maybe you wouldn't have recovered all of your natural length and you would be shorter today? I guess we will never know for sure.
3- How long does it take you to get to that stiffness? i mean how many pumps or how many minutes of constant pumping. I know some CX/titan users say with just 20 pumps they are ready.
4- I do agree that if you already had the lgx for so long, your penis probably already expanded all that it could. So in a revision just getting a cx to keep the same size but faster inflation /better stiffness would make sense.
About the tubing, i know some surgeons remove the excess tubing by trimming it and reconnecting it, to avoid redundancy on your penis/scrotum. Other surgeons leave it at the preconnected lengths and then the tubes are doing long routes along your shaft or scrotum which could be felt.

Discover, it takes me 25 pumps to get pretty hard, I would say 95% and I can get in a 5 or 6 more partial pumps to get super hard 100%.
I haven't timed myself lately, it's probably around a minute. I pump slow now and let the pump bulb fill completely before I do another pump.
