Thanks for all the great feedback. Tomorrow is my two week checkup and I really am hoping they will start me cycling. I’m completely over this perpetual hard on. I haven't been able to achieve more than one orgasm while having PIV sex with my wife, but I would like to. Yes, the 24/7 boner wears thin after a while. Looks good but it's so uncomfortable unless you can actually use it.

I have always been a multi shooter until I had the IPP installed, after that I actually had a hard time time reach orgasm at all sometimes.

Once I went to the malleable I have so much more sensation and feeling in my glans area that I almost can't help but cum a few times now when the wifey is really going at it on top, jacking me off or going at it orally.

I think I might have been over pumping my IPP most of the time, with the MPP I think there is more natural feeling with the glans area not being as tight as when I pumped up with the IPP.

yes you might be right, I have IPP and for orla I don't inflate to max, but 70-80 % and then by Deepthroat I get 3-4 times every 5-10 minutes.

My wife is mostly 1 and done but I have learned that on the rare occasions that I orgasm first that after a minute or so I can start thrusting again to bring her to orgasm. I'll have to try to keep going after she orgasms to see if I can a second time.
