New friend

Postby Oren8888 » Sat Apr 05, 2025 5:11 am

Hi. I'm 54 years old, I tried pills that helped a lot at first, but over the years the effect decreased a lot, and a few other things without success. I decided to have surgery in 12 days. I'm really, really scared. I hear a lot of good reviews. On the other hand, it's very stressful to hear a bad opinion, such as a year of adaptation, slow ejaculation, etc. Please, is there anyone who has gone through this recently or a long time ago and can describe to me the recovery and satisfaction?

I certainly can't help you out but just wanted to say "Welcome". I'm sure someone will be along to help shortly.
I do think being scared is normal though. Good luck to you.

Its only normal to be scared, your manhood is getting ready to sliced and diced. Thats what I had imagined the first time around. I will not lie that it will probably be painful, but that is subjective. In a few weeks from now you will be glad that you had did this. What type are you getting? Surgeon? Welcome to a new life, you will be fine.

I am getting a recommended surgeon, the implant is AMS700LGX. My main fear is beyond the pain. Will there be a different sensation during sex/masturbation?

After years of sexual inactivity and a limp penis, I can assure you that this will be worth the discomfort! Just being able to fully connect with your partner will be wonderful. Yes, things might be a bit different, but you can work around those. You’re young and will rebound beautifully. You will still orgasm. I might take a bit more effort, mentally and physically, but think about the fact that your wife will literally get a “bang” out of the fact that you’re going to last longer? Every little dark cloud will eventually show its silver lining.
Best of luck to you, and welcome to the club of bionic dicks.

Yes, more than likely it will be different, it's going to be great. You will figure out how hard you need it to ejaculate, also how hard it needs to be for your partner. Your sensation will get back to normal as you heal, remember there are over 25k of these surgeries in the USA a year. You will be fine

It is a big decision to make. It's normal to feel a bit apprehensive. It was my first ever surgery at 68 years old, and I knew none of the info like found here on FT. It took some time but after healing everything works just like it used to, other than having to pump up to get the erection. Good luck.
