Thanks Goodwood, you give me inspiration if I have to go down that path.

Just an aside, with the VED my penis has grown substantially, now erect almost 7 and girth around 6. This is a big penis for most women, so you are right in the wheelhouse. To us we want a big hard cock but for women, as my wife says; "I want thrilling, not killing". She only wants me to use the VED to maintain penis health now, not to expand. However the temptation if to make it as big as possible, but I do want to continue to please my wife, not hurt her.

Don't worry about your size, your are packing my friend.

Post-Op Day 9: I return to work in just a few days so trying to sort out how to dress comfortably and discreetly has been a priority.

I don’t have pain at all. I have minor sensitivity of my penis and glans, very minor. But wearing a baby sock over it takes care of that. I have some sensitivity if my pump isn’t supported so a thick gauze pad under/behind my balls cushions it from being bumped as I walk as well as giving a lift/support.

I tried David Archy and Sepretec briefs but my penis is longer than their front pouch. It doesn’t feel good to be scrunched up in there. And the pouch for the testicles wasn’t supportive enough.

Instead regular boxer briefs (Bamboo Cool, suggested by a FT Fellow) with a jock strap (a couple sizes too large) over it provides enough support to hold everything in place and keep my penis pointing due north. This is the most comfortable (although bending over to grab something on the floor is a challenge. LOL)

It looks rediculous I know but I think this will get me through the next few weeks at work while things continue to heal and settle down.

The bruising of my scrotum has really faded in the last 48 hours. Now it’s a reddish instead of a dark purple. Should be gone in just a couple more days.

I’m cycling three times a day for about 40 minutes or so. Trying to squeeze in a few more partial pumps every 10 minutes or so. There is a mild to moderate ache over that time. And a mild ache for a bit after. As expected.

Post Op Day 13: I returned to work yesterday. Everything went great. I was comfortable throughout the day and didn’t encounter any problems.
I wore the baby sock on my penis, a pad of gauze under and behind my balls for padding/support, and my regular briefs with a jockstrap over them. This was a good combination. Everything was discreet underclothing. My package looked fuller than normal to me but not something that drew anyone’s attention.

My job is a mix of sitting, standing, and walking, but no heavy lifting so no troubles there. It was a long day, leaving the house at 6:15am and I didn’t get home until 9:30pm but other than being tired from the day I had no discomfort at all.

Part of my commute home is riding a bikeshare bicycle a short distance to the subway. I was prepared for this to be too uncomfortable initially, but it was actually perfectly fine. No discomfort riding a bike at all. I was pleasantly surprised.

Now that I’m back to work I’ll likely just have time for 2 cycles/baths a day. But I’ve noticed the pump is feeling softer, my skin is getting less sensitive when I squeeze the pump, and I’m getting better at it.

Tomorrow I go to the surgeons office for a follow up visit and have the stitches removed. I’ll find out further instructions at that point.

I know I’ve been cleared for sex at 3 weeks (a week from now) and returning to the gym at 4 weeks.

I’ll see how much longer they recommend I keep my penis pointing up.

Once the stitches are out I’ll update pics and measurements.

Post Op Day 14: had my first follow up visit with the surgeons office. He was really pleased with how everything looked and worked. So am I. I couldn’t be happier. I have no pain. I’m able to cycle to max and remain there for long stretches of time 45+ mins, with a mild ache by the end and for a bit after. My pump is well positioned between/behind/below my balls. It isn’t visible and I’m able to reach it fine with either hand. Swelling is gone. Bruising is gone. I’m able to gently masturbate without issue. Sensation is 100% what it was preop with no numbness at all. In fact it feels BETTER than before because now it’s my skin sliding over a rock hard shaft and my brain interprets that as “OMFG!!! I’M SO TURNED ON!!” Before my skin was sliding over a squishy shaft. I had no idea this would make such a big difference. I’m OK’d for sex in a week.

My preop size was 7” x 6.5” girth midshaft. A bit thinner near the glans and much fatter near the base. I’m amazed that my length is right back at 7”. My girth is now 5.75 midshaft, 5” at the glans, and 6” near the base. I expect I’ll get some girth back over months of use and cycling but the fact that it is already a great size and rock hard and ready whenever I need is amazing.

I had the stitches removed and was surprised that they put on steri-strips. There was nothing wrong. They were really happy with my incision. They just put them on everyone when they remove the stitches. They will fall off over the next 4-7 days. But this put a damper on my hopes for a fantastic glamour shots photo shoot. LOL.

My current flaccid has already relaxed a bit in the last two weeks but it has a ways to go. But my gym has private changing rooms and no one seems me naked other than my husband so for now this isn’t a problem.

Pre Op Day 14 Continued: My preop flaccid size was 5”x5” (see page 1). Now I’m 5.75” x 5.25”. So bigger, but I’ve always been a shower.

Pre Op Day 14 Continued: My preop erection was 7” x 6.5” girth midshaft getting even thicker towards the base. I had been told that I would be 6.6” long and lose 1 cm of girth which would put me at 6.1”. This seemed like a reasonable trade tk have an erection that actually worked.

I’m REALLY happy that my entire preop length is back right away. I lost a full inch of girth down to 5.5” initially but have already regained 1/4” so I’m currently 7” x 5.75” girth. The shape is more uniform than the tapered shape I had before. I expect I will regain some girth over the next mo than of use and cycling.

The cylinders are even and well placed. In this pic my finger tips are pressing against the cylinder tips. They are midglans. I get engorgement when I’m aroused and that fills out the glans. I get shaft engorgement when I have deflated or partially inflated cylinders. When the cylinders are absolutely maxed out I don’t seem to get much shaft engorgement but still get glans engorgement. I guess the cavernous tissue is squeezed by the cylinders at max inflation but with less the remaining tissue can still fill somewhat.
