My surgeon started me on daily 5 mg Cialis before surgery and said it would not conflict with my concurrent use of Trimix. The purpose was to help my body get back to having nocturnal erections in my sleep and to help with glans engorgement when aroused. I didn't think it would do any good, as I'd tried full dose Cialis before and it didn't help me get erections at all.

But in fact before surgery on some occasions I was waking up with Morning Wood, and on several occasions I got spontaneous erections during the day for no apparent reason. I felt like I was 13 years old again trying to hide my boner in PE class.
