Circumcision alternatives and foreskin pain

Hey everyone, been getting pain in my foreskin from swelling and unable to have sex. Don’t want circumcision. Any alternatives to it?

It sounds like phimosis. I experienced this many years ago, and at that time, circumcision was the most common way to go.
I’d recommend visiting your doctor pronto to determine the cause, though. Anything coming from any of us, would be pure conjecture.

Lymphedema compression therapy was helpful for me. During an online video appointment with a surgeon, I was advised to use an elastic bandage or wrap (such as a 3M Coban wrap) and apply firm compression (not extremely tight) for one hour daily, approximately two inches below the glans. This technique helps redirect lymphatic fluid back into circulation. The resolution time varies, some individuals see improvement within days, while for others, it may take several months. Many do this after cancer surgeries or orthopedic surgeries. Our vascular health differs, and surgeries can sometimes disrupt normal lymphatic drainage. Definitely confirm with a certified lymphedema therapist or a surgeon before trying.
