Can the Implant treat chronic penis pain?

Postby Copilot77 » Sun Feb 16, 2025 5:15 pm

Has anyone experienced chronic penile pain (Peyronie's-related or injury related) that improved or went away after getting a penile implant?

And if no have you guys heard about anyone that the implant has helped with penile pain.

If I had to guess I would imagine it would make the pain worse. That is a very low confidence guess though

I have constant flaccid pain it’s terrible. But after trimix injections it almost goes away completely for a few hours , don't know what else to do to treat it b/c I also need an implant for ED as well

Do you have good blood flow? Does the pain go away if you take Viagra and massage yourself to get a semi erection?

Copilot: Do you have any cold spots? And how long has this been going on?
Age 79 in 2024. On testosterone replacement due to hypothalamus malfunction. (Attention depressed guys: low testosterone is a cause.) Healthy health nut but ED due to getting old. Like to keep enough cardiovascular ability to thrust for 30 min.

Yes I’m 23 had a penile fracture during sex at age 16, due to an uncanny erection angle caused by a birth defect. I feel some cold spots where the scar tissue is .

And I have been stuck with terrible constant penis pain since while erect and flaccid that makes me very unproductive.

Im scheduled for an implant next week.

I wonder if your pain is caused by poor blood flow. It sounds possible since it feels better anytime you get good blood flow. Do you do cardio exercise regularly? Take tadalafil?
