I used to want to masturbate/have sex after waking up with an erection. Now that I have no natural erection I never want to have sex and I never think about women. The only time I consider inflating to masturbate is after drinking idk why maybe it’s because the extra dopamine in my brain. I’m not on any meds that would suppress libido and I had my hormones checked and they appear to be normal. Also the sex I have when drunk I can barely feel anything because there’s no blood flow stimulating my penis/erection. Kinda feels like I’m in hell right now. I could have “sex” anytime anywhere but I have 0 desire to do so.

Inflating is unpleasant. I already had a revision to combat the erosion the tips have done and while I’m inflated all I can think about is how the implant is damaging my penis. Deflating sucks too. It takes at least 5 tries to fully deflate. I have to deflate a bit then walk around and do it again and repeat this 5-6 times over the course of a hour. The implant keeps having back flow that comes into the tubes. Sometimes I think I’ve fully deflated and wake up late in the night in pain from the tips because it auto inflated again.

I feel injections ruin my dick and don't work that well, so I have been shutting down sexually over the past couple of years, to the point where I very seldom get horny anymore. I can get horny from weed or alcohol though, but then I am too messy to be around anyone.

I was thinking maybe implant would reverse things. But I can't go through with it. Maybe it's just as well?

How old are you?

I've been at implant stage since around 45, but I have had a difficult time going through with it. Now that I am 50 it is psychologically easier, even though that it is totally irrational.

I made a poll a year ago and like 50% of the men here said they had really good sensation and 25% had ok sensation and 25% were like me and had bad sensation. So if you can trust those members a lot of men are enjoying their implants. I kinda feel like some of these guys didn’t lose their libido when they had complete ED before getting an implant unlike us.

I know this might not be possible due to cost but my advice is to see Dr Billy cordon in Miami he trained with Dr Eid from NYC. Not only does he do implants and does them well he also does HA filler for girth. Maybe you could get the implant heal up and go back and pay for the HA filler. I got a silicone filler done but I’m not happy with it. I guess HA is better but I didn’t know that at the time. The fillers can add a lot of girth and some fillers are firmer than others which is what you want.

I would think if he is producing a normal volume of semen that he would feel the need to release every couple of weeks and this would increase the libido, but I don't know if the lack of sensation and blood surging into the penis would effectively negate that

Fillers? If you don't already have an implant, I suggest you get multiple opinions before proceeding. Depending on the implant used, an inflatable implant can give you increased girth without needing to use fillers.

I definitely agree with deflation being crappy and auto inflation being a huge problem. I wonder if the new AMS Tenacio pumps helps address auto inflation; that would be a massive improvement if so
