Did this cream affect my libido and ED?

Guys I had what looked like fungus growth around my testicles and felt itchiness. I went to my general doctor and he prescribed Clotrimazole/Betamethasone dipropionate cream which I applied twice a day for 5 days to my testicles.

But I feel it worsened my ED and libido since applying it. Does this cream negatively affect ED and libido? Should I be worried?

I doubt that topical fungicide and corticosteroid would do such a thing.
45yo, venous leak. Pills increased tinnitus (very rare). Using bimix+atropine, 0.2 of:
Atropine Sulfate: 52MCG/ML, Phentolamine MES: 0.9MG/ML, Papaverine HCL: 26MG/ML
