Ok so my main issue is, the pills are unreliable. And I feel like they are starting to mess with my mental health. Plus in Canada it costs me about 500 bucks a month just to maybe get an erection. Can you still get good erections with the pills? If so I would definitely not consider the implant at this point

Yes to all of the above. Engorgement was also still great around the 1 year mark but now at 3 years it's gotten less. I think the implant puts internal pressure and causes the tissue to atrophy. Actually Dr Eid says this happens too

Yeah I definitely think the very stiff edge of the Titan caused some significant pressure atrophy/erosion for me. The CX is much better in that way
