Combining cialis and edex/trimix?

Is it generally safe to combine PDE5is like cialist with injections like edex or trimix? Would it just heighten your risk of priapism? Any other side effects I should be aware of? I'm not that worried about priapism because of the severity of my ED. Thank you.
Age 27. Tried everything before implant. Implanted 02/04/25 by Dr Clavell. Titan Classic 21 CM, no RTEs.

I am not an expert, but I read some guys suggested that it could be an option in some cases, but you have to adjust Trimix doses then. Especially the first a couple of times. By using minimal Trimix doses in order to avoid priapism

It's not a problem at all.....I do it all the time and no problem, I just use a lower dose.
