Girth \ circumference v width \ diameter

Like many on here my size AND shape has changed after IPP. My girth (measured w flex vinyl tape) is about the same now 7 mo out as before implant (yea). But I am much wider (or narrower depending on view angle)

My question is...for those w before and after test subjects What is the general consensus? I can imagine being wider side to side but narrower top to bottom (as I am) could feel better/worse? Depending on position? Look artificial?

Same here. And I cannot answer your question for the women I have been with because none of them have had the before/after experience to compare my rounder shape to my oval shape.

But I will speculate that since vaginas are pretty flexible, there will be little to differentiate one penis shape from another. That is a woman who has been with a man of round shape would find a man with an oval shape to be just different in appearance, but not so much that she would think it odd and likely would not feel any difference in coitus at all.

I think a person could logically argue that since it seems that women have more sensitive areas at the top of their vagina. That a wider penis might rub more nerve ending leadig to perhaps a bit more pleasure. Of course this is all speculation on my part.

I will be counter and it may be because I am gay but I have had 2 complaints my "dick feels weird."

I just had filler put on the top of my dick to see it makes it more round. The doc was against it but I did it anyway.

I also see more oval if I pump up harder.

The difference between the size of my dick post op isn't that great top/bottoms vs side/side and I don't think any woman would notice the difference.

What women will notice is that my dick is WIDER than that of other men and, from what I've read, that's what they appreciate most. More so than length because you can only get so much dick into her pussy.

If you've got enough length to reach her cervix that's enough. Any more will just hurt her if you pound her cervix with your dick
