Anyone heard of exosome injection?

A regenerative clinic is offering a exosome injection claiming it improves erectile dysfunction symptoms. Anyone have any experience with this? Cost isn’t terrible basically doctor said I would get 3 injections. 1 exosome, 2 PRP, and peptide therapy for $3500. Probably a gimmick but entertaining to say the least.

I didn’t ask about a guarantee should of thought about that. He gave the same story though we have over 80 percent success. Don’t worry fellas I’m not falling for this new gimmick. Just wanted to see if anyone had any experience with exosomes. Suppose to be the new thing I guess.
