Probably about 6 or 7 urologists, but that has been over course of 20 years or more. What do you mean by specializing?

Don't know your back story (pills, injections, etc..) but how have you not had a Doppler done? It's such a simple request. I called my urologist's office and told them Cialis no longer works, I want a penile ultrasound done and let's talk about the next step. Normal, you need to take charge. Find a new urologist, TELL THEM WHAT YOU WANT, and set up an appointment to get a Doppler done. (You don't have to tell them about the other doctors you've visited). Once you know about your penile health (blood flow), YOU make the decision on what to do next.
