I highly recommend either Separatec or David Archy two-pouch underwear. It makes recovery so much more comfortable as your dick can stick out while you are wearing the underwear. Either you can keep the fly over it if your length isn't such that it places undue axial pressure on the penis, or you can lift the fly pouch over and go half-commando with it sticking out from the hole in the underwear.

I bought both Separatec Bamboo Rayon 2-pouch underwear and David Archy Micro-modal 2-pouch underwear from Amazon right after coming home. Separatec is about $35-39 for three pair and the David Archy is about $29-30 for four pair. If you choose "David Archy", be aware they sell other varieties besides two-pouch so order carefully.

Thx for the underwear tip. Just ordered the Seperatec brand. Will let you know how they work out. I also figured out that when sitting on anything other than my recliner that a neck pillow on the seat helps and takes pressure off my sack.

Yeah, I put a throw pillow from my sofa in my computer chair which made it somewhat comfortable, especially if I sat on one leg.

Day 10 post op. So far so good. Went back to work last Tuesday for a 1/2 day. Felt fine so decided to try full day on Wednesday with not issues so finished out the rest of the work week. Majority of my job is sitting so was not bad at all. Pain and swelling is subsiding little by little each day. Noticed some new bruising and discoloration to the left of my penis and was a bit surprised because I didn't think she went anywhere near that area. Actually played 18 holes of golf yesterday although did not hit anything other than irons and felt great.

Been lightly pulling on the pump a couple of times a day, mostly in the shower, to make sure it remains seated properly. Also trying to palpate and get a sense of the deflate valve. I have the original Titan pump, not the one touch, with the two little tabs on each side of the pump. Do any of you guys have this style pump? I heard that with it you have to simultaneously squeeze the fluid out of your penis. Is that true? Any issues with yours? Any special tricks to master it?

I go for my first follow up tomorrow and will post again if anything significant comes out of my visit.

Cheers to all.

Check or the illustrations (engineering drawings) in a message I posted to Stephen54 a couple of months ago.

Been a while since my last post at day 50 now (time really flies) and wanted to give an update.

My recovery has gone extremely well but not without one small issue. First the good (great) news. Pain was minimal and was only taking Tylenol after day two and completely weened off by day 10. Was able to start cycling around day 22 even though my official appointment was at day 28. When I went to see the doc she began showing me how to find the pump then inflate but I could not keep a secret from her and told her I had started cycling the previous week. She just smiled and said ok. She said I had to wait until 6 weeks for sex but like my early activation was able to try (successfully) a week sooner. So I am now two weeks since the first intercourse and can report we have been doing it about every 2-3 days and it continues to get better. I cycle 2 x day for ~30 minutes and pump until it becomes painful. I admit it is not fun but from everything I have read here a necessary evil to regain lost size. Pre prostatectomy in August 2019 I was just shy of the magical 7" measure. I was 6" in length (pubic bone pressed) and 5" girth after my first cycle. I am currently 6 1/4" and 5 1/2 so made some progress in a few short weeks. As for the not so good news I do have a couple of stitches that did not completely heal and went to see my doc yesterday. It is still a bit swollen and oozing a little bit. She was not concerned but did prescribe an antibiotic. So all in all its not a bad experience and in fact I would say it is great and I am extremely happy with my result. One last note ....... last night returning to bed in the middle of the night after taking a leak my wife asked if I wanted sex  Of course I said YES and in 30 seconds of pumping ready to go. I can't even remember the last time that happened. A bionic cock is a wonderful thing.
