Started cycling can't get past 12 pumps
Started cycling can't get past 12 pumps
Today is day 6 and I have just pumped my first time I made it to 12 im so happy with the quality of erection even though extremely sore is this as far as I should ever pump?
Re: Started cycling can't get past 12 pumps
Whether it takes 6 pumps or 60 pumps to get there, once you have maxed out the pump where it is hard and no longer pushes more fluid into the implant, that is as far as you can go.
Every man's implant is different because of all of the variables, cylinder size, brand, model, capacity within the penis for inflation potential, etc. Swelling (and at day 6 you still have swelling) will cause limits to how much you can pump. At day 15, I got 5 or 6 pumps when at the doctor's office and commented that most people here got 15-20 and the doctor told me it "takes what it takes" to completely inflate, regardless of the number of pumps.

How about flexibility to do different positions does that come or am I stuck being rock hard but haveing to adjust to certain positions for example missionary at the moment I think I'd have to be standing to perform it.
Re: Started cycling can't get past 12 pumps
Following implant surgery your penis has been traumatized and is generally somewhat swollen. My thought is it is not ready to participate in cycling, even if your doctor tells you it’s OK to do it. At your stage I could only get a few pumps in before it wouldn’t take more. For me it was maybe around the 5 week mark that it seemed like my penis was finally ready to join the action. It felt more relaxed. We are all different, have different size penises, different size reservoirs, and different pumping techniques. I require 30-35 to get to a point when I can’t pump any more.
So, as many of us who have been in your shoes realize, you just gave to be patient and the good things will come.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

since Cycling 3 weeks ago it takes more pumps to inflate. Coloplast says this is expansion. When I started 4 pumps that was it. Now I can alway has additional pumps. I would say there is expansion. The titan makes the penis very hard. So I would say the additional pumps is going to girth. Only thing that is different is not more Peyronies bend. Also flaccid has a new meaning.

More girth then length. For now. Titan is supposed to expand, for me it’s the girth. .

If you want a bit of flex in your penis, just pump up to that degree of rigidity. That is one thing that inflatable implants have over the malleable implants or even natural erections. You can now dial in the precise amount of rigidity you and your partner want. "Firm-o-matic" penis is one way to advertise it.
For example: My girlfriend's mouth cannot comfortably accommodate my fully-inflated penis, but at 75-80% is quite comfortable for me to receive fellation. For coitus, she likes it fully inflated.
