Welcome to the forum, Atlas123.
Please, tell us more about yourself, your medical history, country of residence, etc.
I know of no insurance company that will consider paying for it if it is not medically necessary AND covered in their policy.
Not many surgeons will destroy functional tissue for a prosthetic without good reason. The implant operation invariably compromises (most often to the point of total destruction) a man's erectile function and it is NOT REVERSIBLE.
Despite the glowing reports of happy outcomes (of which most men have) the happiness of those outcomes is usually in comparison to the dismal condition of their erectile function before the operation. How many implanted men would have undergone the surgery if their function were at least marginally satisfactory
There are risks
of making things worse (infection, loss of size, loss of sensation)
of death
and certainties
cost (especially if not covered by insurance, you will be paying hefty bills)
never again having an erection produced naturally (there will ALWAYS be the need to grab one's scrotum and pump up for 10-60 seconds unless you have a malleable - which have a different set of drawbacks). That natural erection is important to some men and to some of their partners.

Re: penile implant
I understand more, now, Atlas123.
Generally, the least invasive solution is the best. Implant is irreversible. Use of oral medications, topical or suppository medications or injections do not destroy your erectile capacity. Given that porn-induced E.D. CAN be cured so that you can restore your natural sexual function, I would suggest you explore all those avenues before going under the knife.
It would be horrible if you got an implant and then next month a cure or better treatment for your particular E.D. was found. I know that sounds unlikely, but I personally know of at least one case where exactly that happened. A surgeon implanted a man two months before Viagra became available as a treatment. The patient was a perfect candidate for the oral medication, but after the surgery, it was too late. This many years later, that still bothers the surgeon who implanted that man. (I met the surgeon as I was researching implants for myself...not the patient.)
There are threads on FrankTalk which address ways of relieving onesself of porn-induced E.D. Use the search function (or just read through old threads, as I did) to find them. You will find a LOT of good information if you just poke around, even randomly reading interesting-looking titles.
