Agfa13- My journal, 3-piece, then 1-piece, back to 3-piece.

The final frontier. Deciding when, if and how.

Wayne, have you tried pumping, and then playing?
IMHO, I think it works! I just had another session and I am back, lol!

I put my cock in the pussy sleeve, seriously doubt it seals anything, but because it has a sleeve, my cock is drawn out. Something must be happening because when I pull it out of the sleeve, I notice it is longer:). The vibration part of things is 'meh', but the pump and the sleeve pull on my cock.
Since I am uncut, I am still healing, so insertion into the sleeve is just uncomfortable.
Another round coming Monday, so complete healing will just have to wait another 3 or 4 months.

I tried it early on but the location of my corporotomies (incisions) so close to the base makes it uncomfortable at best and in my mind, possibly a little risky.

I have a theory though as to why it's working for you. It is helping to cause full engorgement of the glans and possibly adding to the arousal level before engaging in your manual manipulation (masturbation). Since we can pump and be ready for penetration at any time, and we don't get the physical clues that we are aroused and ready (no natural erection), that may be why in my case it takes so long to get off at times. I'm just not aroused to that point yet and I can't really tell because there's no natural engorgement.

The pump does cause some sensations that may elicit arousal and natural (and vacuum induced) glans engorgement which could cause considerably higher sensitivity, therefore being quicker to pop than without it.

I'm already on it. Uro prescribed on demand 20mg Cialis back before implant, I converted it to 5 mg daily by cutting my 20 mg pills in quarters (in half across, then the halves in half lengthwise).

Been doing 5 mg daily for about 5 months and have had implant for 4 months yesterday.

Have to add, for my future reference, that I think either the vibration or the suction itself has helped keep the mysterious aches in my dick and balls to a minimum. I have not had any unexplained pains since I started doing pumping.

So it’s ok to use a VED after you have an implant? I would be worried about damage to the implant.

With your implant (malleable) there shouldn't be any trouble at all since there's no tubes.

With a 3-piece and possibly a 2-piece, it all depends on how close to the base of the penis or how distally the tubes were run. In my case, the tubes are literally at both sides of my penis, right at the base, possibly a little distal of the base. In my case, it would be risky with a sleeve on the end of the VED cylinder because I tried it once and got panicked when my tubing got caught on the tight inner collar of the sleeve. I've tried it without the sleeve and although it works, I have to use the "WHOLE PACKAGE" method in that case because the pump tubes get in the way. Unfortunately I gave away my Mojo Momentum which has the largest length and cylinder diameter so I only have two other Mojo models (squeeze bulb without gauge and electric with digital gauge) and neither one is big enough in diameter for whole-package vacuuming. The tubing interferes with sealing if I take the sleeve off but with the sleeve my tubes get caught (scarey).

Hehehe...english please:).
So I would not be able to use my battery operated pump with vibration?

Also, what gauge should I be looking for? A pressure gauge, then what PSI, or a length gauge?
I can't find anything on here about HOW to use a pump, what gauge (length or pressure), or with or without a sleeve (why).
The only way I know how is to put my dick in the sleeve and pump away til I cannot pump any more.

I re-read my message and this time the only word I can find that might trip someone up would be "DISTAL". DISTAL means "away from point of origin" as in the outside part of the penis. Proximal means "toward the point of origin" as in the buried part of the penis.

It's recommended not to "blindly" vacuum the penis, especially when you have an implant of any type, There should be a vacuum gauge on the cylinder or the pump. It will usually read in inches of mercury but there are a couple of ways they can read though. I don't have the manual pump with the vacuum gauge anymore, nor do I have the Mojo Momentum which had basically the same type of gauge so I can't recall how the scales are marked on either. I haven't used it in several months, but I recall it's just a two-digit number. Not sure if it's in "in/HG" or inches of Mercury, or not.

There are plenty of Youtube videos on how to use a VED. Simply do a Google search "YOUTUBE HOW TO USE VED"

Now I know, but its a little late for that.
Headed off to surgery. Did my pumping for 20 this AM, showered with the Hibiclens, and shorts and flip-flops in the cold weather...oh well...
