I am considering an implant to fix my sexual issues and would appreciate some guidance:

As a single man of 45..I have seen my sexual confidence with women go down since past approximately 2 years. I can manage to get dates with quite a few women..and the date usually goes well. At the end of the date, I usually have managed to sexually escalate in a park or back or my car, and few times move to my place. However since I started having ED issues..I am noticing that I am not enjoying the moment..rather in my head thinking about ED and or PE.

I think I have venous leak. My testosterone is high(700 plus) , workout regularly, hardly drink, never smoked. My current pre sex regimen is to take 40 mg generic Cialis everyday, and add an ocassional generic Viagara. For PE I use promescent topical spray..have to wait 10 minutes after application. Gonna start adding cock ring to the plan. I think Im thinking about these things more than enjoying the act. Also noticed..since they dont enjoy the experience ..second dates are becoming rarer..in past this wasnt the case..I have few regular fwb type females.

My question to those with implants and single possibly..does the ability to have long on demand erection combined with not to worry about PE makes dramatic change in ones sexual confidenece ? In addition as Dr Eid says the "freedom" and mental energy leak to plan and prepare injections, VED etc etc.

I have had adult circumcison last year, had few other elective surgeries too. My healing and pain tolerance is pretty good.I have dermal fillers inserted in penis skin for girth..that really helps. I am 5.5 inch in BPEL and 5.5 at the widest point now after two rounds of fillers. I might go for third round to get close to 6 inch girth. That research tells is the optimum.. with a tight fit and pleasure for the females. I actually had to upgrade to magnum condom..since regular condoms didn't fit my diameter.

Does the implant help a man who is otherwise attractive and healthy to get back sexual confidence and give a "wow" experience to females. I prefer giving multiple orgasms..currently had to use my tongue and fingers.

I find it turns a woman on and me too when the feeling of dominating in bed and "fuck the shit out" kind of energy is there. Right now I am missing that.

One man's curse is another man's fantasy! I've got DE (Delayed Ejaculation) and in most cases, it takes me up to two hours of post-coital masturbation to finish. Sometimes I just give up, and try again later. I've been sore for a couple of days after due to my continued attempts at a happy ending after sex. I'm even trying hard to treat the DE - taking Cabergoline 500 mcg, twice weekly (Tuesday night, Saturday morning). Considering getting Oxytocin nasal spray to help trigger the finish by dosing during coitus.

If you have an implant, other than the intense sensitivity some experience for the first few seconds after ejaculation, you will be unaffected by your PE and can keep going, if you either don't get the sensitivity or you're able to keep going through it. In my younger days when I had my first night with the woman who became my wife, after orgasm I was able to pause for 5-6 seconds while still in penetration, then start going again, finally after about 30 minutes more, I had a second orgasm to round out the date. Of course the second took considerably longer to reach than the first, which is common for the refractory period. I think my first one was about 5 minutes into coitus.

Since I got my implant, I haven't had an orgasm while making love to my wife, so I can only say that for the purpose of argument, you will stay hard whether you are still aroused or not. Even with refractory period and the hyper-sensitivity encountered after orgasm, you CAN still keep going and who knows, since you have PE, maybe you could have multiple orgasms as well, always a plus and very impressive to your partner (mine though I was a stud because I popped twice, she'd never had that before).

We were married in November 1981, About 7 months after my 20th birthday. The "DATE" was precisely one year to the date before we were married. I was 19 years, 7 months, 1 day old.

Incidently, I was a functional virgin that night although I had previously had genital contact with another girl a year or so earlier but I couldn't penetrate her.
