How deep into the gland show the implant be?

My glans constantly feels like it has two short library pencil stubs shoved inside, almost to the tip of the glans. I'm very aware of them anytime I pull my penis out to pee. My glans used to be half the size when flaccid that it is now when deflated. In fact that is probably the biggest issue I had after surgery. I knew there would be tips in the glans but no idea what they would feel like. That's probably the one thing I would have benefited from, with a "show and tell" if I'd done one.

That being said, I quickly came to accept the tips as a necessary part of the implant. I just wasn't quite expecting what I ended up with.

Guesstimate here, but my Titan cylinders (11 weeks post-implant) feel like they extend roughly halfway into the full width of my glans. I'm never aware of their presence there when I am deflated and just walking around. When inflated...fully inflated in particular...yes I'm aware to some extent, but only after either being 100% inflated while cycling, for 45-60 mins, or having sex for an extended period of time, where there are a lot of movements obviously, changes in angle, pressure, position, rhythm.

Oddly, I would say that the pressure I do feel within my glans due to the cylinder ends being rigid...it's not unpleasant in my opinion. It's kind of a moderate pressure combined with a kind of intriguing...I don't know...tingle? Thrusting into her and feeling my penis move against the cylinder tips in the glans...it's a bit of a cool sensation. When I feel it...I want more.

Not sure any of that makes the remotest sense to anyone else, but it's the experience I'm having for whatever that may be worth.

I seem to recall, before E.D. that I could feel the tips of my tunica albuginea when fully erect and what I (faintly - for it was so long ago) that it was not unlike what I feel now with the implant tips.

It makes sense to me that the sensations you and I feel are thus. The implant tips push the tunica into my glans much the same way as the corpora cavernosum pushed the tunica into my glans. Just a hard plastic now rather than the flesh of the cavernosum tissues.

So, yes, what you said makes sense to me (however remote my memories of the erections of my youthful past are). Do my thoughts make sense to you?

Maybe so. Could be.

There's also the distribution of nerve endings being more concentrated in areas in and around the glans, I suppose. There's a fine line in what I'm experiencing. During sex it feels interesting...then good...then REALLY REALLY good for quite a while...then there is for sure a tapering off point after which it's not unpleasant but it sort of feels like it might be headed that direction soon. Takes a good while though, maybe 45+ minutes or a bit more.

Yeah. After implant vs before implant vs before E.D. Hard for me to compare, my memory being as malleable and fleeting as it is. My girlfriend would LOVE to be reassured that her ministrations feel just as good as previous girlfriends' ministrations. (She LOVES to do fellatio.) But I have not been able to tell her that. But (just in just my personal experience) fellatio does not have the attraction it used to and I much prefer coitus. I don't know why fellatio's attraction dropped, though.

It may be that nerve damage has changed the sensations.

It may be that the implant itself has changed the sensations.

It may be that (now that I can get good coitus) my penis remembers that post-implant coitus is better than post-implant fellatio (and that ranking was reverse of the pre-implant ranking perhaps because pre-implant coitus was stressful, always short-lived and generally unsuccessful).
