Hi I am a new member and I would like to introduce myself.
My user name is GOLD HORSE
I am 62 years old and had Prostate cancer at age 46.
My surgery was in 2004 and since my PSA has been undetectable.
After my surgery it took one year for my jR to wake up. After using VIAGARA JR worked 70%.
my JR was getting lazy and was working less and less until I decide I need to do something because I was getting
frustrated.
DR Eid performed the surgery on 1/7/2020 TITAN COLOPLAST ONE YOUCH.
The surgery went well I did not have any problem at seven days I was activating the pump.
It has been one month now and my shaft hurt after activating the pump.
I am activating four times at day,
I will like to know for how long my shat will hurt, I try to have sex with wife, but
it hurt a lot.
Yesterday I saw him and he pump it up and it felt like a pipe.
I show him a bump in the right side at the beginning of the shaft and he said "oh it is a bend"

I wonder, are you a musician (guitarist, perhaps)?

With Dr. Eid, I am sure your shaft hurting will improve over time. Did you use a vacuum device before implant? You spent some time without full erections and your shaft likely lost some elasticity and size (I am specifically referring to girth), so it would hurt some as the implant stretches your tissues. This will abate over time.

Dr. Eid wrote to me about folds and crinkles in the Coloplast when it is uninflated. I do not recall him using the term "bend". If it is what I think it is, it should only be there when you are not inflated. Is this the case? If so, this will ease (but probably not completely disappear) as time goes on. You will become accustomed to it.

Recommend two separate pressure settings:

100% for cycling to maximize return of length and girth
70-75% for vaginal penetration.

Basically, pump to the point where you think it hurts then release a little pressure until comfortable and then pop the valve back into inflate again by squeezing the bulb once.

My doc had me pumped 80-90% for 4 solid weeks. Imagine that pain. It gets a lot better with time. Sex was painful at 4 weeks for me but maybe I was pumping to hard at that time. Now I pump to painful and release to about 80%, then one squeeze to reset the bulb. Welcome aboard!

Thanks Guys for your help, no I am electro mechanic Eng. and I am retired.
So for what you are telling me I do not have to pump 100%.Wao this is much better.
The doctor showed me and you are correct I think he said a fold and showed me what it is.
I remember asking him because it bather me and I think he said it will get better.
when I inflated there is not fold and I can not wait to use. He also said to take a couple of Tylenol before sex.
I lost about 1/2 of inched and was not using it frequently maybe that is why it is painful when inflated.

The pain is your implant has more to grow and it is trying to stretch you out. I am at 22 month post op and still have sever pain if I pump 100%. I have not grown any since IPP was installed so I just don't pump hard anymore. I wonder if being a HD mechanic with strong hands makes a difference. Anyway I am happy with what I have. Just want to use it more often.
