My surgeon does imaging 6 weeks before surgery. He gives a shot of Trimix before imaging to get your best size. He also prescribes VED for a few weeks before surgery. I like all that.

If you get a response from Trimix, why are you getting a Tactra?

I tried trimix in tip- not shot- didn’t work great. I guess he feels it will help get me as big as possible, so he can install the biggest possible. Also why he wants me to use the VED.

Your surgeon will have to install the biggest possible (short of risk of erosion of your glans) because with a malleable, there is zero chance of gradual stretching out over the years as there is with inflatables.

Use of the VED for at least 60 days prior to implant is documented as a beneficial practice. I HEARTILY endorse the practice. You want your tissues fully "exercised" for the largest implant practical. Kind of like warming up your muscles before a run or weight-lifting bout.
