I would speculate about a fraction of an inch considering anatomy.
My cylinders are about a quarter of an inch under the surface of the glans so the 0.25" of flaccid glans is probably no more than 0.33-0.50" rigid, if I'm lucky. I'd say it's an insignificant difference to be sure.

I agree with Waynetho. Minimal length increase. But every little bit helps! Right?
I find the increase in sensation to be much more significant. When my spongiosum in the glans is engorged, I feel more of the pressure inside my lover.
