Getting close.

Postby JH2007 » Sat Jan 04, 2020 8:40 pm

Boy this go around with insurance was way more annoying with California blue cross(covered California) changing to only California doctors for all plans... but with lots of back of forth and changing insures three times I got lucky that I was incorporated, so I just hired a family member and got small business blue shield of California insurance with a cost to get the procedure done with Kramer putting me out 1200$, which really isn’t horrible. Got a few more days but still haven’t been able to gather enough information on the tactra but still going threw with it.

I have appointments with 3 docs this month and hope to get implanted shortly after I decide who I am going with. I also plan on getting the Tactra. My reasons: easier surgery,no pumps or tubes to pump, deflate, malfunction or break, no reservoir in stomach or pump in balls, less chance of infection, easier to use, and I also read that the axial strength is superior to inflatables( still trying to verify that). I’m not really worried about concealing it and if I’m not quite as big as with an inflatable, the trade offs are worth it to me. Best of luck to you. I look forward to hearing your progress.

I haven’t heard that about the axial strength, would be nice because I’ve heard some say malleable isn’t good for anal. But yeah those trade off make sense to me also, hoping that going into it with out an infection I get a more girthy implant as I hear that is another trade off

Also good luck to you this month.

There are only 2 companies that manufacture implants. They both make inflatable & malleable. Being cynical, the inflatables probably make the manufactures more money, so they push them more. Without any analysis, it seems to me that Dr Kramer has put in a lot more malleables (Tactra), in the last few months than ever before.

IMPLANT SURGERY THIS THUIRSDAY JAN 9TH

Postby notaes » Sun Jan 05, 2020 1:50 pm

Hey guys!

just a reminder you guys of my upcoming implant surgery his Thursday January 9th! Preparing for surgery stopped some of my reg meds and went for my preadmission testing this past Friday. Its all get more real by the day. Hope I don't panic fly off and hide somewhere. My thanks again to all you guys who have counseled me over the past several months. I will keep you all in the loop and I too will probably do a journal here on Franktalk. You guys gave me the motivation and guts to have this surgery. I was about to freak out one day last week while I was with my wife. She stopped me from talking when I told her I was about to get anxious and told me that she thought this was kind of exciting and a new adventure for us! I was so glad to hear what she had to say! An entirely new perspective on the implant surgery. I think we guys are so involved about loosing length and girth that we forget some important facts. I know I do! For those of you who believe in prayer I would appreciate if you would put me im your prayers. I realize we all will react differently to this or any other surgery but it is surgery on our man parts! Thanks again guys for all you have done for me. God Bless!
