3-piece guys- Can you whip it out, piss, and shake at public urinal

Guys, when I got my 3-piece, one of my 1st complaints to the Dr. was not being able to whip it out and shake it at the public urinal at work. I had to resign myself to sitting down on toilet and pissing. It was a ceremony to piss at the urinal because I had to be careful of how I handled myself, dog ears and tenderness (and being uncut just adds to issue).
Overall, how did you guys handle those 1st few months?
How long in post-op did you ice?

For those that have had their 3-piece for over 6 months, are you able to shake it now, as you normally would?

I am able to "whip it out and shake it at a public urinal" with no problem. (Of course there's that old joke about how many times you can shake it before it's considered masturbating.)

Three years now. No problem shaking it off at urinal. I like to step back before putting it away all the way to show it off a bit. Hey that’s just me. Lol

Can‘t get it out, it‘s sort of too long. It only works when I let my pants down which looks quite silly. Have to sit like a female.

I am like the last post (6.3/4 flaccid) makes it a little difficult to whip out. I can do it but takes some time. I can shake it just fine.

My shaft is certainly flexible enough to whip out and shake off, but my longer implanted flaccid length makes it more challenging when wearing Tighter clothes. It’s a small price to pay for having a fully functioning dick again.

I have to unzip, un button my jeans to open up wide open and drop my bikini briefs. No such thing of snaking it through a fly anymore. After the RP with valve missing, I have to milk the last drops out.
