Saw Dr. Kramer this AM, I have the Tectra.
I also asked him about the erosion issue because that was my biggest concern.
He said that the erosion comes from the malleable rods pressing up against the head...there is no room to move on my insert:)
I still plan on getting the Titan come March, if I hit the lottery! All the infection should be taken care of, and I should be good to have the Titan put in.

For me, initially, it was that I could not be too wild with cock. I want to fuck some ass:)!
Then, as time went on and I got this malleable, even though I have not used it, I already have seen the downsides. I may be able to conceal eventually, but it is painful right now.
The constant rigid state is making me change the way I sleep and actually have sex too!
With sleeping, I cannot just roll over, cock gets in the way.
With sex, at this point, if I am not careful, I can hurt myself.

I definitely can help in this department.\
Right now, I have a malleable, but my preference was for a pump.
The malleable is just that, a malleable pair of rods, nothing else (think adjustable reading lamp neck).
A 3=piece has hollowed out rods for saline to pump inside, and makes things more rigid (think ruffer sex, lol).

From what I have read, the malleable is preferred by surgeons for guys who have suffered things other than ED that may have issues with manual dexterity. It is good enough for, IMHO, vaginal sex, but not anal sex, among other things. Think a permanent hardon, and you can bend it up or down or whatever position you are looking to use it at.

The 3 piece is made for abuse, lol, but is more complicated. You actually have 3 pieces of equipment in your body. you have the rods, the pump in your balls, and the reservoir in you belly. More contraptions, more chances of things going wrong, but it is more rigid.

Both prosthesis erode tissue, but with the malleable, it is eroded much faster because of the constant, rigid state.

I don't know your circumstances, but you are on the right track if you have 3 doctors to consult on. Continue your research. Weigh your options. Get your questions ready for the Drs when you meet with them. See whom you are comfortable with. What I said is for me only.

Now that I know you had the tactra, you think the feel and texture is equivalent to the lamp bend? And not good enough for anal? From what I talked with people was it feels more natural and less like that but still not natural and no ratchets like spectra.
