28 and implant surgery booked

Thanks for all the replies guys. Am having surgery in Ireland! I was put in touch with a previous patient and he was very happy with his implant though it's worth stating that he was quite a few years later and under a very different scenario (married etc.)

I'm afraid I wasn't able to contact any young people but I understand that there aren't exactly many my age especially in a country the size of Ireland.

The consultant stated that in his experience he hasn't noticed the LGX making much difference in length though regardless I would rather more girth. Given that I'm around 6.3 with the pump am hoping to be at least 5.5 after which I would be happy with, especially if I can have girth.

I simply cannot wait for this to be over... I do not feel whole. It's rough seeing so many of your friends move on with their lives... They joke that I have too high standards when it comes to women... If only they knew haha

I'll have the guts of three weeks off before work given the Christmas break which is terrific and hope to use as soon as possible. And God willing I won't have to pay full cost of surgery next time around (insurance coverage will kick-in in roughly four years)

I am currently turning down a smart and beautiful girl. She is so confused. I hate this.

Best of luck with the surgery. I am getting implanted around Christmas.

Never turn down a willing woman. Level with her, tell her the truth about how you feel and about your ability to perform (sexually, emotionally, etc)

If she is worth your while, she will stick around. If she rejects you for whatever reason, you gave it your best shot and she has decided if she is worthy of your attention or not. If not, good riddance.

Women (of quality) are incredibly understanding, supportive and accepting if they feel respected, trusted and safe. Take the chance. The risk is well worth the reward.

You are forgetting the recovery period. Your best bet is honesty. If she is anywhere as smart as you think she is. She's worth being honest with. Starting a relationship off with deception is not a good thing. You don't need to tell the whole story. But at the very least tell her that you have an upcoming surgery that you need to get behind you. You'll live to regret being totally deceptive. Women remember that shit forever.
