Testicles

So, the lady and I have the same routine every night right now… I cycle, we have sex, then we have some pillow talk… anyway, she wanted to try pumping it which was totally cool and kind of made me even more comfortable about this… she noticed that my left testicle is much much much smaller than before… it’s always been a little bit smaller than the right but this is noticeably half… did anyone else experienced this at all? Do you think I should call my surgeon about the sticking pump thing at this point? Do you think that could be it even? my only concern is that this was mostly so we could start working on becoming parents… if I’m strangling my testicles, that’s kind of void… thoughts are definitely appreciated!

I think you should examine yourself, just in case. I am sure you have grabbed your balls before, so just feel around and feel the differences between the two.
I also think you still should go to your Dr., tell him what happened, your exploratory manipulation, and what you and your lady are planning, and let him know your concerns.
Pretty sure he will also grab your balls and do some exploratory manipulation and give you some feedback.

Now that you bring up the subject: Iwas thinking I was crazy. Since the implant i have been checking the "guys" more often I would swear that my left testicle shrinks and then grows back to normal.I have been afraid to say anything

After you have had a surgery where you have to piss in a urinal from a bed, modesty goes out the window (had one in 2017).
I have told my primary everything, even when I am not taking my meds. I see him at the gym, and this latest visit to him was for pre-op bloodwork. He knows I am getting the implant. I did a show and tell with him, and when you are a Dr., and you constantly see the human body in all its glory day in and day out, telling him you are getting an implant is just another day at the office, lol. Will probably do one again with the Titan (bit of an exhibitionist streak too) when I get the go ahead from Kramer to pump it up:)!
Gene, do not wait. Us guys have quite a bit of testosterone that gets us in trouble all of the time, esp. in front of Women.

My left testicle has been over twice the size of my right one for quite a few years and I even have epididymal cysts that hurt if they are palpated. The first thing I noticed after surgery was that I couldn't find my left testicle. Since the doctor created the pocket for my pump in the left front of my scrotum, my left testicle hides above and behind my pump, which hugs the front of the scrotum and folds underneath to lay almost face-down when my scrotum is being suspended. I found my left testicle but it's nowhere near as prominent as it was and doesn't hang down at all anymore.

When I was admitted into the hospital in May this year with low BP and rapid pulse, for me it wasn't only the peeing from a urinal with the door open and everyone under the sun coming in the room all the time, interrupting my bladder relief. Since my A1C levels have been slightly elevated for several years, the doctor declared about a year earlier that I was a diabetic (type-2). Having the "D" word on my hospital admission qualified me for a mandatory DIABETIC SORE INSPECTION which is a head-to-to inspection of every square inch of skin, including penis and scrotum, looking for sores. My two "inspectors" were two 20-something, very cute female nurses. Before the hospital stay, I was modest even around my wife, but no longer. I was shy/modest going into the hospital but not upon discharge!

I see my PCP in January and I'm willing to bet he'll be interested in seeing mine inflated, if only to make sure things are working and healthy.

And yes, I think I've got a bit of an exhibitionist streak as well. After the above mentioned hospital stay in May, I started going nudist at home and wasn't too concerned about closing the blinds either.

Waynetho, your diabetes inspection reminds me. My doctor gets intern doctors to study with him often. Some reason he gets mainly female interns. They do the exam then he comes in & goes over it with them. I make it a point to be blunt & open. No secrets. Not obnoxious but a realistic patient. I think some of the women have appreciated a male patient that talks, even jokes openly about male stuff like Viagra. Bugs the crap out of my wife.

Frankly, as modest as I was before, I was thrilled and a bit excited (not aroused... much ) to have these girls see me naked. In my high school days I went on a midnight streak down my neighborhood street and being so uninhibited now can be almost as thrilling as that night some 40+ years ago.

Since that day, I've had numerous girls see my equipment and even handle it (all in a clinical setting). The urologist's assistant is female and she had to prep me for a flexible cystoscope exam prior to my UroLift procedure so she actually had to apply the Lidocaine gel to my urethra. It was an oddly pleasant sensation, not the feel of her touching me but the knowledge that a female I'm not intimate with was handling me down there.

Nope, its par for the course.
Emailed him the pics, told him about rt. testicle and pain.
Just have to wait it out. Lucky me...again:(
Maybe it was because he had to take out the previous implant, but there is nothing smoother, surgery wise, about this 2nd implant, even if it is the easier of the 2.
By this same time with the 1st implant, I was taking things into my hands, lol, and getting ready to go back to work mid-week.
