Need some advice
Hey guys I’m 22 and have been suffering from ED for 1.5 yrs now. Just did the Doppler Duplex test and I’m having a lot of outflow problems so basically VL.Implant seems like it will be my best option at this point especially for how young I am. Been a mess mentally because of all this shit and it doesn’t help that I’m in college and there is hot girls everywhere. I have did a lot of research and I am planning on going to Dr Eid or Dr Perito. I know going to a very experienced surgeon matters a lot for the success and happiness of the implant. The biggest concern I have is loss of length and girth. I know it takes time after the surgery for size to come back but I have seen mixed responses as far as size loss from people on here. Mainly looking for info from people that have had the surgery by one of these two doctors but anything will help. Also wondering about other things like stiffness, does it feel comfortable, how do orgasms feel with it, do girls mind at all particularly one night stands, etc....

Also I don’t have Peyronies just adding this because I have heard this can affect the outcome of the implant.

Dr Eid does everything possible and beyond to give you your length and girth back.
I got my lenght back from day one because he is so skilled with his surgery so you can start cycling from day 3. Scar tissue will not have time to form in such a short time and therefore there is no cycling like crazy form moths to get back to normal. You will be back to normal size straight away. He gives you the brand of implant that suits your anatomy but he definitely prefer Coloplast because of durability and quality of the pump.
Coloplast gave me slightly more girth straight away too.
Don´t be afraid of loosing size because you will not if you go to a skilled surgeon.
ED since 22 years old now 36 years old. 18/July/2019, Coloplast 22 cm Dr Eid New York.

Good advice.
You shouldn't lose length.
Girth depends on what you had and the implant.

Let's look at your question from a different direction. If you knew for a fact that you'd lose 1/2" of lenght. But you would have a dick that was harder than your best dream. Your erection lasted until you decided that sex was finished. Would it be a good trade? Think about it for a while. I bet you'll decide that lots of sex 1/2" short beats what you're getting now.
Try reading old posts using the search function. Most men report that after having their implant for about a year. That their length is basically what it always was. Some report a slight improvement. Your genetics will most likely be the deciding factor.

I completely understand your situation. Going with Eid or Perito, I would not worry about size loss whatsoever. I’m fully confident that if you go through with it, once you are all healed up you’ll be able to please multiple women if you choose to do so. Making women moan and scream has an amazing healing effect on the mental torture of Ed.

Welcome to FrankTalk, .
When I first joined FrankTalk, I took a couple weekends to read through two and a half years of posts/threads with titles that interested me and appeared informative. I recommend this to you. It will give you a better basis for forming questions and understanding the answers. This will also help get your medical team to accept you as a contributing partner in the decision-making.
I also recommend doing extensive research on your chosen urologist/sexual health physician and interview him (or her) pointedly and make yourself an integral part of the medical team. (Of course, many men choose not to do that and I cannot fault them - just do what is comfortable for your personality and approach to your medical care.)
Also, conventional wisdom in your situation suggests strongly that you investigate less invasive solutions. Implant destroys or severely damages your erectile capacity forever. If an actual CURE (implant is only a treatmen, albeit effective) is developed in ten years, when you are still relatively young at 32, will it avail you of nothing but bitter regret. Those less invasive solutions are very effective and not irreversible.

Re: Need some advice
You may well lose length and or girth but it will beat a soft cock any day.
Dont get too worried about what you may lose and rather focus on the massive advantage you will gain.

Thank you guys for sharing. I would totally be okay with losing .5 inches just to be able to have sex again at max potential actually it would be even better than that since it goes down when I want it to haha. Who knows though maybe I won’t lose any length at all that would be great too! At this point I just want to be able to do it again because nothing I have used really helps.
