Implant Size vs Penile Length

I just got implanted with a 24 cm titan, this thread is pretty informative, It would be useful to keep it going.

Following up on this.

3 days post surgery, I took of the bandages. I believe I'm only 20-30% inflated.

I was implanted a 24 cm titan.

I was concerned because my penis looked small post-surgery. Looked small to the eye. However, I measured it at was 6.5 inches. Thus, the eye-test is not reliable
Very pleased with this measurement. I was in the 6.75 to 7.25 area pre-surgery depending on the quality of the erection I get.
Having 6.5 3 days post-surgery without any arousal seems very promising. When I start cycling + get arousal and the glans fills up, I might actually end up with good size.

I'm following up on this 3 weeks post-op.

The measurements I took in my previous post was only 20% inflated.

Fully inflated with arousal I'm 7.25 in length. I'm very happy with this, pre-op I would normally measure at 6.75, and would only get to 7.25 if I got a really good erection, but it was usually the former measurement. Now I'm at a consistent 7.25. I had a bend which was straightened out by the implant, so I think this plays a role as well.

Looks like I didn't lose any length, and Dr. Eid did a fantastic job of sizing me properly.

what is your flaccid and inflated girth pockie? I am still down a bit in girth versus max girth with injections though length almost back to preop injection length. Wondering if AMS vs Titan girth expansion that different in real life. Thanks

I'm haven't taken any girth measurements yet, but I might've lost a bit of girth - not too much tho. I was over 6" in girth pre-op. I'm not too worried about it tho, I still have decent girth post-op

I just came home from the doctor today. She brought in the factory rep, who I spent all my time with. I have been pumping for 4 weeks. The length stayed the same even with huge pain. I had used a penile vacuum pump after prostate cancer and I know the day before surgery my penis was about 6.5 inches. The representative corroborated that I had a 15 cm implant inserted with 4 cm of rear tip extenders. Of that 19 cm, he said 11 cm are inside the body and 8 are outside so my complaint of having a 3.25 inch erection when inflated is about right, since 8 cm is 3.14 inches. 11 cm inside the body? And what the heck do I do with an erection half the length of a hot dog?

WTF they're doing. Please give us the name so others don't get screwed too. Under would you recommend your surgeon?

I have read many post on FT about giving it time to cycle & stretch. I believe this to be true. I was about 6.25 to 6.5 pre-cancer. Appeared to have lost some with the surgery. On recommendation from my uro, i used VED daily at the begining. Cut back to 4-5 times a week. At 2.5 years after my RRP i decided to go forward with the implant. 2 months pre implant i used my VED twice a day. VED length was 6.25 consistently. Stretch test was over 6 inches. A lot of swelling after implant so hard to tell. Been about 9 weeks post op. Been pumping for 5 weeks now. First erection was 5 inches. Could only pump 4-5 pumps & stop. Pump was much to hard to squeeze. Now after the 5 weeks i have grown in length .5 inch plus. I am able to squeeze the pump to get 25 good squeezes. Stop for 5-10 minutes then pump 10 more & rest until i get about 70 pumps. The pump has definately loosened up & is much easier to operate. I have read all this info on FT so i never got discouraged. Yeah its sore, but fuck it. I want my dick back. I have all confidence that i will get back to 6.5 length with increased girth. I wont take no for an answer. And also, i agree with jerseyhulk who said weight loss and body conditioning has a lot to do with it. The fat pad on pubic bone takes away from your length or at least your perceived length. I have lost 30 lbs also. I am on a mission. So dont give up hope. Continue to work at it. Its only been a short time for me but i read & walk away with the positive. Someone wrote recently that even if you gain 1/16 inch at a time its still a gain. So best to everyone. Work hard. No pain no gain.

I've read all of your post and I am very concerned. My measurement is in between sizes. I measure 23cm so if I go with the Titan would he install 22 are 24. According to Dr Eid hes not a big fan of RTES. I think that if I'm correct the RTES do not inflate. Please explain.

Don't worry, the only measurement that matters is the one that he does during the surgery. There isn't a reliable way to measure your implant length from the outside. Your selected doctor is a professional & is well known for good outcomes. One cm difference isn't much. Dr Eid has a way of trimming the implant to fit. Btw, rte's serve a purpose, that is why they exist. Yes, they don't expand but they're at the bottom where expansion isn't very important. They do add length. This sugery Isn't a do it yourself deal. A trained professional knows how to handle these situations. Best thing to do is to make an appointment & express your concerns to him. I'm sure that he has all of the correct answers.
