I'm pretty convinced that in the world of Penile implants one plus one seldom if ever equals two. Looking over the different bios it seems as if it's the same everything yet the outcome is different. Not the same length. I realize that there are many factors, including genetics even personal effort. That may well be why 1 & 1 is some times longer and some times shorter than 2.
