My recovery is going extremely well. Most of the inflammation is gone. Minimal residual bruising and some soreness (to be expected). When is inflammation 100% gone?

For most of us, when the swelling is totally gone. In the big vicious circle, swelling causes inflammation, inflammation causes pain, pain is from swelling and inflammation, and so on and so on and so on.
