Some doctors choose to pin your pump to your penis. Their excuse is a small scrotum. Guess what the pump does not make your scrotum Bigger. In other words if it fits in one spot it will fit in another

I asked my doc if having shrunken testicles due to T shots would present a problem with the pump.
He said it would leave more room for it.

Implant on 1/22/19 by Dr Avila.
Scrotal, hor. incision just over 1"
18cm AMS 700 CX, 3.5cm RTE 100cc res
Gleason 6 prostate cancer. Monitoring it for now.
Update: On my last biopsies the cancer wasn't found.

If you get an LG X it may be preassembled and have short tubes. Be sure to mention that you want your pump at the bottom of your scrotum.
