Fluid on penis post implant

3weeks post op.
This morning noticed substantial fluid buildup around middle (bottom) of shaft!
No pain when I push on it! Just squishy!
Any ideas?
Concerned!
68 years old! ED for most of Adult life! Venous ligation 1985, Coloplast Titan implanted Dec 20, 2018, Dr Ferguson, Sutter UC Davis, Davis Ca

I had fluid buildup in my sac and they had to go back in. Definitely get it checked out sooner than later
45 years old. Diagnosed with Peyronies over 5 years ago. Successfully implanted on 9/6/18 with a Coloplast Titan 18 cm + 3 cm RTEs 4.5”-1st Activation, 6.25” three months of cycling. Dr. Levine. Chicago, Illinois
