Diabetic: used pills & injections.
2 TURP surgeries caused Peyronie's. 1st implant lost to infection, 2nd one is about 5 years old. But "floppy head" due to all the scar tissue, couldn't get tips all the way up.

I think there are three options...at varying price points.
Standard.. plugs into your anus. Cost $0 alternative is to swallow an extension cord.
Premium, plugs into your navel. Cost $5,000
Deluxe: Trans-cutaneous: Cost $100,0000
or, you could have the "Frankenstein" option. electrodes that stick out of your penis. They can double as a "french tickler"

Re: There is an app for that!
Then, in July 2016 I had this idea of an implant that would pump itself up through the action of foreplay and/or the in/out action of coitus.
viewtopic.php?f=6&t=6596
Once I took a critical look at the dimensions, it turned out to be impractical because the volume of fluid per pump would have been inadequate. It would have required hundreds of penile strokes (but what woman would complain about that?), The man might have gotten tuckered out, though.
But it was in intriguing idea. An erection that got stiffer as foreplay advanced and coitus began...much like a natural erection. Your partner could even pump you up simply by playing with your flaccid penis until it became rigid.

So when my neighbor activates his garage door open my electronic pump does.........?
Retired. R.P. 2016. Bilateral nerve sparing surgery. Now use .15cc of Bimix twice weekly & anorgasmia, moderately incontinent. Wife no longer interested so go solo with Electro-stim using Erostek ET-312. Now am Type 2 diabetic.
Re: There is an app for that!
Pump and motor look like something out of some crap kid's toy. Between lost remotes, chargers, extension cords, more complex mechanics and electricals that increase the chance of failure, the large battery/pump/charger/radio device under the skin (subcutaneous), this looks like a giant hell hole to me. Presently we have 4 things that could fail. Pump, cylinders, tubing, reservoir. That thing ads a dozen more. I would prefer the mechanical device I have now. At least I know if I were a month in the Amazon, I can still make it work on demand w/o need for added support equipment.
LGX 21cm .Milam 01/13/16. Horror; both service and surgical outcome. hated infrapubic installation. Kramer revision 03/01/17. 22cm Titan +1.5cm extender. Those who think their opinion is the only one that matters are a danger to themselves and others.
