Loss of erect length
Of the people on here who had an implant, did it result in a loss of erect length?
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).
Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Re: Loss of erect length
I didn't lose a thing. I actually gained size after having a revision.

I lost no length, gained a little girth.
Dave, 80, Maryland - Implant (Titan) 2008 by Dr. Andrew Kramer (failed Sept 2020) - never used due to a stroke that, among other things, ended my sex life.

Re: Loss of erect length
In a prostate cancer support group I was in several years ago (at Greater Baltimore Medical Center), everyone in the group who had had a radical prostatectomy (this was before the days of robotic surgery) had lost an inch (including myself). But I was the only one with an implant. I am convinced that it was the prostate surgery that can cause loss of length. In the hands of a good prosthetic urologist (meaning one who does implants), no length should be lost simply because of an implant. (I am not a medical professional, just a patient.)

Implanted Jan 4 2017 by Dr. Eid - 70 yo and single...ED gradually over 15 yrs...tired of pills, injections, cock rings....happy with my choice and results. Titan OTR - one 20cm cylinder - one 20cm+1 RTE...."got a rocket in my pocket"....
Re: Loss of erect length
I too think my loss of length, an inch or so, was more due to RP than my two implants. I waited 2.5 years after RP before taking the plunge, my limp little weiner with no hint of erections, must have atrophied. My advice is don't wait, just do it. My 5"+ hard little dick gives me lots of pleasure..... Good luck!
73 Years old. RP Oct 2010, No erections after, Botched Titan implant April, 2013, Successful Titan revision, April , 2014 by Dr. Paul Perito, Miami. Titan failure Feb 2017. Rev. by Dr Perito March 1st, 2017. Titan failure Nov 2020. New Titan January 2021

What does RP mean?
