Glans Enhancement

Have any of you ever done anything to enlarge your glans? I will not do anything surgical or pay for repeated injections, etc. I am curious if there are any glans specific pumps or exercises that have been successful for anyone? I am extremely happy with with my implant so this is a minor detail.

I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I wish I could help you. I have had my prostate removed and I got no response from my dick. Do you get any glans engorgement with foreplay?

Thank you for the comment. Yes, some glans engorgement with stimulation. Not like the good old days, but grateful for what I have.

You could try a cock ring. Medical work best.
I use one for a firm and full glans, that's with bad venous leakage. Works wonders.
Implanted with AMS 700 lgx, 2021.

Yes, that works well for making it as firm as possible. I am referring to size increase, both hard and soft.

I am not talking about engorgement. I am wondering if it is possible to enlarge my glans through pumping or some other exercise?

Ved and after pumping putting on a cock ring gets the biggest cock and glans engorgement but my doctor does not want me doing it for glans engorgement with my implant. Some doctors (Perilo) say it is okay.
