Dr. EID Titan Total Costs

Postby treetop » Tue Apr 03, 2018 12:34 pm

I am going to start budgeting for my future Implant with Dr. EID.

I am not concerned with any travel costs, as those will depend on factors when I go.

Janice estimated the following:
Dr. EID prodecure: $14,800.00

My question for those having this done with Dr. EID.

What are costs for:
- Facility (Hospital)
- Anesthesia
- anything else I am forgetting

Thank you in advance.

TT,

Good to see you back.
I can tell you the assigned costs through Medicare, but your billed cost maybe different with a cash patient discount.
LMK if you want my numbers and I can post or PM you. I don't mean my out of pocket, but what Dr Eid & hospital actually received.

Thank you Warrenw,

As far as Medicare goes, is Dr. EID 'In Network' ?
And yes, if you can PM me the total they received.

I have AETNA, and as of last year 2017 Dr. EID was Not in their network.
That leaves me with a $11,200 deductible, and then I pay 50% after.

I turn 59 next month, so I suppose if I wait a few years... Medicare may be an option.
I am also a veteran, and someone said I can get Veteran's insurance if I retire early (62).
Not sure if that would cover it.

Another option is go with another Dr.... but I cringe. No offence to anyone....
That is just me.
Maybe a refi of my home in a year or so, or line of credit and just do it that way.

Yes, Medicare with supplement covered the procedure 100%, excluding travel.
I'll PM you what was actually paid to doctors and hospital.

I hope you can find a way to get this done soon and not postpone it again.

Me also.
I tried to read your PM but it says it's on hold.....
Weird.

Anyway, I have been back and forth on this. TriMix works well if I am also using Cialis with it.
But it's a pain, and too much planning.
I will get this done eventually, but I would rather wait and have it done correct than be sorry in the end.

Good info, Care Credit rates for me are supper high..
I can always get a loan, and maybe I will.
But a Refi on my home is also an option.
