Had my implant almost 3 years ago and am very happy with it. However I can't say it's like normal. I used to be a grower now I am a shower.

I miss waking up with "morning wood". The only way that I can duplicate that is with taking a Cialis.

If you modify your signature it will help us know more about you. Good to know you have a a beautiful wife.

If I take a quarter 5 MG Cialis tablet, will wake up with "morning wood". It seems to make me get hard from my base up to my glan. (corpus spongiosum on the ventral side) Have to inflate to use it but it reminds me of younger days. Feels good too.

Do have question though, hope someone can help, I know using implant will cause it to wear out faster but if not using it will it cause problems later, try to use twice a week but hate to go through surgery again if it fails or wears out.

In my experience, lack of use will not result in any problems. I've had mine 10 years and have never used it; on Dr. Kramer's advice I inflate it every now and then to "keep things stretched and healthy," as he put it. In 10 years I've inflated it two or three dozen times for a minute or so and it still appears to be functioning properly.
