As I approach my surgery tomorrow, I wonder,
Is it better to go into surgery having recently had an orgasm and ejaculation within 12 hours of surgery or better to have not had an orgasm for several days before surgery?
My implant will be AMS (LGX probably, or CX maybe) with attempt to preserve the cavernosum tissue. Spinal block for the surgery rather than general anesthesia.
This is an odd question I have never heard addressed on FrankTalk and it is too late to ask anywhere else,
I am not sure if anyone has even ever asked this question, must less reported any study in a peer-reviewed medical journal or if any surgeons even have anecdotal evidence.

Frankly, I cannot imagine any circumstance when an orgasm is not advisable. IJS
Born 1948, wed 1969. BPH & Type II Diabetes at age 35. TURP-2002; ED even before that--diabetes. Cardiac valve surgery: 2007 & 2019. Poor results with pills. Started trimix injections in Nov, 2010. Great results from the very beginning.

OTOH, I doubt if it would make a lick of difference one way or the other.

Hell yeah......I certainly did! No harm done at all!! 
68,Titan Touch 22cm+1.5cm rte's op done in Melbourne Aust by Dr Chris Love-Feb 2017 Venous leakage over a 2 year period, did pills and Caverject. Length@ 3 1/2years is: 7+” erect, 6.5” flaccid and almost 6” girth. REZUM Feb 21 ejaculation now normal.

I jacked off the last night before my surgery. I am a horny guy and figured I better get one in before I had to keep my hands off it for awhile. It was also very good for me mentally because jacking off with a limp dick really reinforced that I was making the best decision to get an implant.
I am 64 and had ED from a VL. Implanted by Dr. Ronald Anglade in Atlanta on 9/18/17. I have an AMS700LGX 21 cm via a Penoscrotal incision. Very happy with results. 6" soft and 6 3/4” x 5 5/8” hard.

I did a "soft dick face fuck" with my "Ferrari" 24 hours pre-implant (3rd implant)......
