Going to the right surgeon, and having the procedure done right is a battle. It no garrentee as to what the outcome will be. Superkick or infections or loss of length which would would make sex not as worth it if you're not blessed enough to have sex feel like you want it to feel for yourself and your partner. Its all a huge toss up. That's why people wait 10-15 to 20 years because no matter what is said you can't predict how that thirty minute surgery will go or how your body will react after. Right now I myself I am fortunate enough to have sex but its not all the way enjoyable all of the time and the partner I have well let's just say I'm not the only lucky on. But, if I ever were to get an implant it would be like a lot of folks said I would not be able to have sex at all. Then at that point aside from the high cost and pain. Anything is a good thing. I can't expect a miracle only god can grant that.

I'm thinking that in the earlier days of implants. As surgeons said to themselves "how complicated can this be?" There was some piss poor results. Even in the last year or so a member had interviewed a surgeon that said he had no experience but said that exact phrase.
Skill & experience is key to good results guys.
Searching tip. I use an Android phone mainly. When I search for a term I normaly just look at the site results. Android also offers to filter by images or videos plus a few other options. By clicking on the images option I've found a new world of sites, graphs & data that I haven't seen before. Following these has convinced me even more that I'm on the right path.
For those that might question why I'm not implanted yet. Here's an update on my bumpy road. Two months ago I came down with severe stomach pain. I thought that I had a gall stone in my common duct. 8-9 days into it I got shingles. Lovely combination. With unknown pain the doctors don't want to give pain medicine. Took a month to get an endoscope which found at least 2 very small stomach ulcers. 65 years old & never had an ulcer, who would of guessed. The acid blocker might take 2 months to work. Shit, more delays. I guess an upside is that by early summer this Covid crap will settle down, I'll be vaccinated & surgery schedules will return to normal.
Sorry for the long rambling post.
