This one is from later after pumping for a while, pardon poor measuring technique, best way to get ruler in picture.

Those were from the first implant. Now here are some shots from the revision. Not bad at all but not quite as nice.

First the shots from the hospital bed. Notice drain along with catheter separate shot of incision for reservoir.

Not near as pretty as from the first time but still not bad and needed no pain medication.

More photos as changes warrant.

Nice to share the photos but seeing that drain is one reason I chose Dr. Kramer and drove 7 hours. Be well and good luck
Implanted March 2nd by Dr. Kramer with AMS/LGX. Had a problem lower left (scar tissue) and he placed a larger (thicker) implant as you can here on the YouTube video. Got all back, ED over 10 years before Implant.

Drain was an unfortunate result of other surgeries in the area. First implant avoided this side due to scar tissue, old hernia repair and RP scars rendered normal placement a no go. Therefore, that was only place to go other side held old reservoir which was best left undisturbed.

I don't believe in letting my surgeons make easy money. First implant had no drain and quite quick to heal also. As of this moment I was in good enough condition to sit my ZTR mower and cut an acre. Not too bad for the 6th day after. Don't tell my surgeon, I will get the Mother of All Lectures for that stunt. Still no problem so why not. Probably no more pictures from me until after two week appointment and activation.

Hope these pictures and notes are somewhat helpful. Hard Times to all.

Here are more recovery shots. They would look better if not for lack of sense by me. Mop floors, use riding lawn mower on lawn, other things that I shouldn't. More uncomfortable than I should be today.

Incision for alternate reservoir placement. A little hard to see, in tight crease on old fat man. By the way, that large vertical scar is a memento of the open radical prostatectomy that start this journey.

Frontal shot, color better, swelling down some, razor rash is uncomfortable.

Profile showing state left and more of swelling. All in all doing reasonably well. Would have been better if I had been sensible.

Best recovery to all, hope these give an idea of the journey.
