PUMPING QUESTION
I have had one hell of a time with this implant. I can't get more than 3.75 inches when I pump. I have started to feel pressure/slight pain in the top of my penis when I pump up as much as possible. what do u think is the cause ?When I deflate, all the pressure/pain goes away.
RP surgery resulting in ed. Penile implant 4\19\17 by Dr. Kramer. 21cm. +2cm. rte.

With a 23cm implant it should give you more that that. What were you after the surgery. I have a 23cm and the doctor has it deflated completely and it is 4 inches flaccid. What does your doctor say? Did you do a vacuum pump before surgery to get stretched out and ready?

I may be Orlando's biggest dick but I certainly don't have the biggest dick in Orlando. Thanks for the compliment. I will admit it's a nice size flaccid and erect. My wife says it's just enough.

I think that stretching routine you developed is something everyone should read. After my prostatectomy my dick was about 3 inches flaccid, of course it wouldn't get an erection. I lost a good 1 1/2 inches because my prostrate was so big. After pump for a year I gained it back, but it took a years of pumping everyday. If that worked there is no reason not to believe your stretching routine will not work. If you dick hasn't been erected in a while it needs stretching.
