After my surgery everything was perfect for the first 6 to 8 weeks then my natural kicked back in and some of the bend came back. The surgeon said to wait until a revision was needed then we can work on the problem again.

But that reply from your surgeon is unacceptable!

I agree with you. However, the issue gets very complicated when there is resistance from the surgeon responsible for the outcome of the procedure.

Hi guys sorry for the delay. The surgeon didn't want to do surgery on the scar tissue because of where it's at. It's right on top of all the nerves. He says the chance of loosening all feeling is to great. I got a second and third opinion and they both said the same thing. The risk isn't worth trying to remove a little bend at this time. However it's not their dick. They see a little bend and I see a train wreck. I say it's bent the wife say it's customized. Anyway the ams doesn't expand enough to stretch and help break up the scar tissue. My natural isn't strong enough. I'm going on 4 years with the ams and they don't think it will last to much longer with the scar tissue working against it. I was thinking on the revision going to the titan. From what I hear it should expand more and maybe put the extra needed pressure on the scar tissue . Any thoughts?

Bionic..... Have you tried "modeling"? I've done it after my last two revisions.... Essentially, I'm pretty inflated but not rock hard. I basically bend my dick til it's bent just a bit the "other way" and hold it for a while. I did this several times a day for several weeks with good results. I never had peyronies and my bend(s) were the result of my first, botched implant. Prob worth a try. In my case it was a little painful but not much..... Good luck
