Rear tip extender question

I know this topic was covered but I have question go those who have them. Does having them cause u any issues ? I was worked on by Kramer last week and he installed an implant measuring 21+2. Cm. Wondering about the 2cm rte.
RP surgery resulting in ed. Penile implant 4\19\17 by Dr. Kramer. 21cm. +2cm. rte.

I have a 20cm Titan with 2cm RTEs, and I wouldn't know whether they are there or not if the surgeon hadn't told me so.

I also have 2cm extensions. I am 32 days out and cycling. I can't tell they are there or feel them. The top surgeons try to use as little as possible so that most of what you have is expandable, but with the sizing of the implants they often have to use RTE's for a proper fit. I have never seen any comments on here to indicate that a short single RTE per side has been an issue for anyone. The horror stories from the hackers usually involve multiple stacked RTE's
Age 75 Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 03/22/2017. AMS 700 LGX 18 CM with 2 Cm RTE for a total of 20 CM. Previously used injections over 1000 no scarring

I have a 4.0cm extender on one side and a 1.5 on the other. Kept my 7 inch erection. I am very pleased. No problems at all.
Implant AMS 700 CX, MS (18cm x 12mm with 5.5cm RTEs) on 10\4\16. 64 Dr. Edward Kata of Orlando. Awesome surgeon. Check out, 'DD Bryan. My implant journey, Wit and Wisdom, Stretching routine, Implant Pics, Natural Hang. Live in Ga.

The good news.

RTEs (Rear Tip Extenders) allow proper custom fit of the implant to your anatomy (preventing "Floppy Head Symdrome".

The bad news

RTEs exacerbate the "Hinge Effect"

With my RTEs, I hope I never develop a hinge. If I have to pull it up to get it in, oh well. Once it's in it's in and still just as hard.

I expect (with no real basis but hearsay and speculation) that the hinge effect with an implant at its worst is no more than what one experienes with a constriction band after erecting with a Vacuum Erection Device.

I wish someone with those dreaded RTEs would tell us what a horrible mistake he made. I'm waiting.
