How do women think about implants?

I'm afraid young women may regard it strange.

They might, but explain why you needed it.

I've talked to enough that didn't find it strange.
Implanted by Dr. Andrew Kramer 2/22/17. 18 cm AMS LGX with 2 cm RTE's (total 20cm).

Activated 3/11/17. Best decision I've ever made.

Who cares? Just make up a cool story about it. Say you were in a motorcycle accident or something.

Once they have enjoyed it I do not think they would think it is strange.
They would love it and want more.
Implanted with colorplast Titan 3 years ago. Davinci radical prostatectomy 6 months ago. Very happy with the outcome of both procedures.
