Could some failures be sabotage?

Postby oldgoat » Thu Feb 23, 2017 2:17 pm

I have heard of women who would put pin holes in rubbers for various reasons.
I am wondering if an irate partner could do the same to one of the cylinders of an implant and thus cause leakage and failure. As they say, hell has no fury like a woman scorned.
Implanted with colorplast Titan 3 years ago. Davinci radical prostatectomy 6 months ago. Very happy with the outcome of both procedures.

How do you suppose a woman might accomplish this feat?

The pin trick would be a bit obvious to the implantee. Using rough sex to damage the implant might be used to do damage but such an act would be the crime of assault (though hard to prove and also somewhat embarrasing to bring the charges).

I think it is unlikely, but it is within the realm of possibility,

All the more reason to treat your women well, eh?

Obviously, you have not met oldgoat's wife, or his girlfriend. ;-)

Ok, oldgoat, we have made enough fun of your question now. The answer is, "yes". A woman could also, with some effort, give an unimplanted man a penile fracture, too. In another thread one guy recently opined that having the "hinge point" near the surface of his body could allow shear forces where the rte and the inflatable cylinders join cause early failure.

Having a bionic penis does not make it indestructible. Only long lasting and stiffer, maybe. It may actually make it more fragile, but I have no evidence for that, just speculation.

In any event, I strongly suspect any efforts at ruining an implant would be fairly obvious to the victim.

As long as those voices are not coming from your penis, you should be OK.
